The Dawn Excursion "From Darkness to Light"

This trip departs with the first sign of light, with the call of the morning rooster… On this excursion, we take advantage of the cool, fresh hours of the morning and enjoy the wonderful air: A drive to the area of the Semekh Stream, fantastic views of the western slopes of the Golan Heights. On this trip, there is a very good chance of encountering wildlife still not finished with its nighttime activity, and we enjoy a break with herbal tea and cake overlooking the landscape.
Highly recommended, especially in the hot summer months.

A Geopolitical View of the reagion

Arriving at the border at theWe will then travel through the dramatic landscapes of the South Golan cliffs breaking again at a Syrian bunker that was active until 1967. The bunker was occupied by israel during the Six Day War. From the bunker we can see a panoramic view of the entire Kinneret Jurdan Valley Lower & Upper Galilee Golan Heights and Lebanon.
Looking at the view from the bunker, we will understand the consequences of the Syrian presence here.
We will learn about life in the Jewish settlement in the shadow of the Syrian Golan.
Looking at the international border that passed beneath us before 1967 we can better understand what was the debate in the last peace talks
